We’re directional drillers, but we are also engineers and geologists that are experts in horizontal remediation wells.
Founded in 1992 by Michael “Mike” and Katherine Sequino, Directional Technologies, Inc. has been advancing the environmental and utility industry for over a quarter of a century. Directional Technologies’ master drillers, geologists, and engineers have installed over 1,000 horizontal wells, and we have successfully utilized horizontal directional drilling technology at many projects originally thought to be unfeasible. Whether it is your first horizontal well installation, or you have experience with the technology, we are committed to help you exceed your clients’ expectations.
Katherine Sequino, CEO and principal owner of the firm is responsible for administration, finance, and for developing new markets for horizontal drilling. Mike Sequino, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President is the company’s principal engineer and has relevant experience in the oil field, the utility industry, and the environmental industry. He is responsible for operations from horizontal well design to completion.
Directional Technologies thrives on challenges and being the first to pioneer new methods. We installed the first ever horizontal dual phase extraction well in South Korea, the first horizontal wells in Australia for in situ chemical oxidation and biosparging, and we recently installed the first horizontal ozone sparge wells in Alabama.
